Attendance
天美传媒 monitors student attendance and engagement in line with the University's Attendance and Engagement Policy (PDF 185KB).
The University is currently using interim arrangements to monitor student attendance. These arrangements will remain in place until a longer-term digital attendance monitoring solution is implemented.
Your School will provide information about how you should confirm your attendance at scheduled teaching sessions and what you need to do. Please continue to attend scheduled teaching as normal and follow any instructions provided by your School.
Attendance and Engagement at 天美传媒 will be monitored in line with the Attendance and Engagement policy and the attendance requirements of your School, which can be found in your Student Handbook.
As part of the monitoring process Schools may consider attendance and engagement information from a range of data sources including, for example, data drawn from the University attendance monitoring system, student records system, and Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Moodle and integrated learning technologies. Students鈥 data will only be processed for the purposes detailed in the Attendance and Engagement Policy and the data will be managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act (2018).
